Today as I was putting a load of clothes in the washer Claire informed me she was ready for lunch and needed "help" making a sandwich. When I came into the kitchen I found Claire and Chloe perched on their little chairs. Claire had already gotten the bread, spoons and knives. She just needed the peanut butter and jelly. To quote Chloe, "I DO IT MYSELF!!!" Not only did they make their own sandwiches they also ate them completely gone which doesn't usually happen.
