The Christmas Family Picture

As always, getting the family picture for the Christmas cards was an adventure. John gave me a new camera for our annivesary a little early so it could be used to take the picture.

First we had issues with getting the right lighting.

Then we had to get a few more Christmas lights in the right places.Then we had this issue of not being able to find the remote and trying to figure out how to set the timer in the dark.When it got really dark and we were all freezing (still no family picture) we went inside to snap a few shots. We were finally successful when we invited my sister Kirsten to come over (another night) and push the button.
