John came upstairs this morning as I was working on my Young Women's calendar to report on an interaction between the girls that he had witnessed. They had been playing with Braden's Playmobile horses (Aunt Maren who be so proud!). All throughout the playing Claire was singing and singing. Finally Chloe pipes up, "Stop the singing! You're not a unicorn!"
Earlier I had had to referee a quarrel between the boys. Braden was fussing at Ian to return his balloon. Ian refused to give it back to him because he wouldn't say please. My question, "Did YOU say please when you took it away from him?" hmmm....
